For athletes that achieve outstanding performances in meets throughout their career, the team will award specially designed incentive t-shirts.
The marks may be achieved in any meet during the year, and will require automatic timing for running events.
You are eligible to receive one free shirt in each category, replacement shirts may be purchased for $10.
Beginning in 2025, the incentive marks will be updated each year to create more standardized levels across events.
Elite Performer marks will be the NCS Area & MOC at-large standards.
Top Performer marks for running events will be the NCS at-large x 1.01.
Top Performer marks for field events will be the NCS at-large adjusted as follows:
HJ: -2"; PV: -6"; LJ: -6"; TJ: -1'; SP: -2'; DT: -6'
